Support Shola Alabi’s Sponsor A Child Initiative
Sponsor a Child Initiative
This is a project I started over 4 years ago after the launch of my first book, Parents Understand Your Child.
Sponsor A Child Initiative has now become a Social Enterprise, established to support less privileged children through Supplementary Education. The children we sponsor make great progress with new opportunities opened, that they would never have gained access to otherwise.
To reach more children and to continue to support them, we need your help!
The more books we sell, the more children we will be able to reach, impart and make an impact.
Help spread the word, by recommending my books to your family and friends.
“For every 4 books sold, 25% of the sale will go to sponsoring a child.”

I want to thank you for being part of my journey and I hope you can help me to support more children in the future!
I’m a single mother of 5 children. I lost my husband in 2011 after a short illness, when my youngest child was only 18 months old. It has been a long journey for me but by GOD’s sufficient grace I have come to accept the loss although it has left a significant scar in my heart.
The support I have received from Shola’s Sponsor A Child (SAC) is immeasurable. When Kubekwa(Becky) my youngest daughter turned 6 years old, I was introduced to Shola by a family friend and she had a heavy burden on her heart to support a child in need.
She shared a vision with me and at that moment she told me she was going to sponsor my daughter to attend tuition at “Thurrock Tuition Centre”. Since then January 2017 to date, my daughter has been receiving weekly tuition and not only does she receive free tuition, Shola also asks about her welfare as well. Before Kubekwa started tuition, she was in the middle set for most of her subjects at school but after a few tuition lessons Kubekwa started improving and is now in the top set in all her subjects. The teachers at her school noticed the difference and when I went for parents evening, they asked me if she is getting extra support. I told the school that yes, she is getting extra support and I’m also aware of her improvement and have noticed that she has more confidence in herself. Kubekwa has now been selected to be a reading leader which is all the benefit from the tuition. I’m appealing to people to financially support Shola’s SAC initiative so that she can reach out to many children who are in a similar situation that Kubekwa was in. May you all find place in your hearts to support Shola SACinitiative.
Lastly but not the least I just want to take this opportunity to wish the mother of many children (Shola Alabi) a Happy Birthday! I thank God that he has kept you alive to see another year.
I pray that you will increase in him and be rich towards him for the rest of your years. I pray that the gift he has given you will become sharper and more effectual in its working. May He teach your hand to war IJN. May your eyes be open, even when you are asleep. May you hear his voice with clarity. You have been a blessing to me and my children..
